I-130 Question. Info on Beneficiary Spouse and Childern

I filed my I-130 few months back but it seems I forget to include my information on pg 6. 25(a). I supposed to put my information in as benificiary spouse but I kept N/A. Its our first marriage and we dont have any children's. However, I mentioned my Name in as spouse in question No 21 a. Similar question came in sequence so I may have missed it.   Will it cause any issues later on? or do I need to call USCIS?

It's a fairly common mistake.  Since this is filed for a spouse, they know who the beneficiary's spouse is in at least two places already, including one place on that page.  Don't worry about it.
