Missing Dates for Physical Addresses on Form

Hi VJers

I was just going through my i-751 application that I submitted back in January, and noticed that under the "Physical Address" section of the form, where I list all addresses that I have lived at since becoming a permanent resident, I was supposed to include the dates which I was at these addresses. I completely missed that, and only included the additional addresses without dates in the Additional Information section.

I filed in January 2018, have been for my biometrics appointment, and received both the 12 month and 18 month extension letters. At this point, I'm wondering if I should proactively try to provide them with the additional information (missing dates) now, or wait for them to pick this up and reach out to me for further in formation (RFE?!)?

Thanks in advance!!
