Hello 

what is next procedure if case got reaffirmed by USCIS without NIOR?

who has to schedule the another interview with embassy? Petitioner or embassy?

what about medical examination do it need to redone? & when does it expire?

what about police certificate?

what are the step by step procedure involve in Reaffirmation?

Embassy will email you with a link to book the interview and instructions.

 

The instructions will list if a new medical is needed (the are valid for 6 months).

 

We supplied a Police Certificate the first interview they handed it back so the second interview after reaffirmation we did not supply one.   They are not required in Pakistan as they don't trust them anyway.   

 

Step by step is wait for email from embassy and follow the steps listed.  You may need to update ds260, I864 and medical but wait until you here from them.

Ahmed , Is embassy is going to tell me the specific date to pick for the interview or It's depend on me ? can i book after one or two months if I have school exams etc?

It can take a month or two.

They will send you the a link you can pick the date.
