Hi everyone, I am trying to get police clearance letter from the UAE from outside of the UAE. Dubai police website only allows those with GCC issued cards to apply using this service. The Ministry of interior website not giving me any joy too. Has anyone had luck getting PCC while outside of the UAE please help. Thanks in advance.

You won't.  

 

From the DOS Website:

 

Comments: Not available by mail. Post recommends that consular officers waive the general requirement to obtain police certificates unless the applicant lives in the UAE.
