Summer work travel to asylum - Kosovo

Hello. I came here to NY region 9 months past, still valid visa, not illegal now, going to file for asylum. Looking for other Albanians from Kosovo who have done this with success. Maybe a good lawyer or some advice on how to proceed with the case when I talk to USCIS. What works? I know some other people from my town who won their case but they kept quiet, or I don't believe them.

what visa did you enter in on?

and you must have a VALID case in order to seek asylum, many have to use a lawyer in order to do it, applicants are required to file Form I-589, a 12-page document where they must describe the harm they face in their home country in detail. Then, asylum seekers, often with the help of attorneys, have to collect information — such as personal statements, letters from other people, medical reports and photographs — to support their case.
