18 months extension

I live in Florida and I sent my roc to Texas Dallas Centre on 23rd November my check got cashed on 30th November now my question is that when uscis will send me 18 months extension letter

It could already be in the mail, or it could be closer to when your expiration date comes.  You haven't even received your bio-metrics appointment.  If your expiration date is near, then do an InfoPass and go get the I-551 stamp, which is the extension, in your passport.  They might, however, take your actual green card when they do this.  Just an FYI.  You are so early in the process all I suggest to you is wait!  Example:  My step-daughter just had her interview for ROC this week.  We waited:  21 months!  Her mother had ROC interview same time as Citizenship interview:  20 months on ROC.  Its a waiting game...hurry up and wait!
