Have not received copy of RFE letter for 30 days

Hello VJs! I received an email notification for my I-130 applications for an RFE on Oct 27th but until now, we have not received the letter.  I calles uscis twice already and requested copies but nothing has been received yet. 

 

Did anyone experience this and how long did it take to get the copy of the letter?

I did request an expedited one last Friday.  They said it would take 5 business days so I'm waiting til Friday. If I still don't receive it, I'll call them again on Friday.  

 

They also sent me an RFE for the I-485 application being applied concurrently and I received these letters. I dont know what happened to this one for the I-130.
