Two middle names and mistake in year of birth

Hi... im from Ghana and i filed the dv 2020 for my son. He has two middle names but because it asked for one middle name i used the one we mostly call him by. Will that be a problem? I also just  realised from a screenshot i took  that  typed 2007 instead of 2017 for the birth year but his picture was that of a child. Will that be an issue as well. Thanks.
