Please help if you can, or tell me if you got this notice as well:

"The approved petition (our K1) was forwarded to the Dept. of State with a validity period of four months. However, the petition was returned to USCIS with a finding that the beneficiary was not issued the requested K-1 visa. The validity period of the petition has now expired.

All USCIS action in this matter is terminated as of the date of this notice (11/14). There is no appeal from this decision."

How is this possible if my wife and her daughter (K2) came on the K1 visa? We had our AOS interview a few weeks ago and all was good, however USCIS was waiting for the Medical package to arrive from the Dept. of State before finalizing everything. We got married within the 90 days as well.

We have to wait until Monday to call USCIS to figure this all out.

Any thoughts or advice? Has anyone received this notice as well? Thank you guys
