hi everyone ,

i'm a june r.o.c filer... I am aware of things being very slow at csc and patience is the name of the game but (lol)... how long does one patiently  wait to hear about a biometrics appt ? I have read that some people have been informed that the fingerprints used for AOS  will be used . Should i just wait or at what point do i call and ask if they will not need a biometrics appt from me or there will still send one to me..My local office is Denver . I was sent my 18 month extension letter (very quickly) within 3 weeks of filing but since then nothing . And without the bio appt letter you can't look up your case online because you don't have a case number,...

hope everyone out there is well and not too frustrated by your own waiting

best wishes

It's possible that you may never get a biometrics appointment. No one from CSC has had biometrics since early April filers. It's very possible that the next thing you may hear from USCIS will be an RFE, an approval notice, or an interview notice.

And yes you can look your account up online.  Your case number is on both your 12 month extension and 18 month extension, you will just need to use this site: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

The other website that you most likely used previously rarely works anymore. You'll have to sign up for the new site.
