Timeline for CR-1 Process (compared to K=1 process)?

Hello everyone,

With my 2nd trip to visit my (now) fiancée in Moscow rapidly approaching, we are considering the pros & cons of the K-1 and CR-1 Processes.  We want to be together as soon as possible here in America (Olive Branch, MS to be exact).  But, I also know that the CR-1 makes a lot of sense, as she would receive her AOS (Green Card), upon arrival.  This way, we wouldn't have to apply for it, after her arrival here.  Yet another (the major, for me at least) benefit would be for her family and friends to attend a small ceremony there, as well...

So, my real question I guess would be, what is the CURRENT expected timeline (assuming we file in mid-January of 2019, when I return from my 2 1/2 week vacation with her)?  I know the current K-1 Timeline is around 10 months.  Would the CR-1 be expected to take > 1-year??
