We just got approved for the visa in Lagos- Praise God!!!   My husband got a document that said he has to register and create an account at www.ustraveldocs.com/ng for information on how to pick up his visa.  I am trying to create the account for him but it takes me to a page that requests for a username and password, which he doesn't have yet.  Has anyone dealt with a similar problem?

so how did you solve this?  I have my account already which I used in booking the appointment but how do I track the status?

If you have the account, then are good.  I was trying to set up the account after the visa interview for the spousal visa but didn't know that I had to use the same interface as the one used for applying for a visa.
