Request for more evidence and proof of citizenship

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Jamaica
Timeline

Receipt date dec 20,2016..RFE Oct 23,2018 and proof of citizenship. I feel so bummed out ,us us asking for more evidence and also explain extreme hardship if decide to stay in the states or leave the states...any advice would be great please...waited so long and they requesting more evidence of extreme hardship

I'm assuming they are asking for you to give them explanation of how would you, your spouse and children would be affected if living separated or in another country. Also give them explanation of why your spouse needs to be with you or your kids, like school, doc appointment, medical conditions, psychological reasons  hope this helps.
