Thank you, after i filled the 751 i never changed the address, so the card they gonna send it to the address i put on the form i 751? also the approval letter i received it at the address i put on the i751.

If you didn't inform them of an address change then there's no way for them to know about your new address.

 

Also, all LPRs are required by law to file an AR-11 within 10 days of changing addresses. They don't enforce any penalties for failure to do so, but it's still  a requirement that one should follow.

Thank you, i mean when USCIS says : " card was sent to the address you gave us", do they mean the address we put on the form i751? where we received our approval notice? thats what i wanted to know, thank you so much for the reply.

Yes. If you did not inform them of  anew address,  it will go to the address on the I-751.
