Site Error - wont submit

Same happend with me last night and also today, but i fixed the problem, as you know the picture size must be 240k , and my picture was 156k , so it was okay to use.. i tryed more than 30.. than i tryed to to change the picture size into 82k .. then , eveything was good. so try to get lower size of the photo, may be this can help. it's not about the website issue. try and let me know if it works with you.
