Hi all.
What documents should I send for N-400, under the 5 year rule, I am divorced.

And I think I qualify for the fee waiver, but I do not know how to fill that part and a lawyer are charging 300 dls for completing the form

As to the evidence to send in with the N400 application, I believe the instructions are pretty clear, so you may want to research the N400 instructions as you will want to make sure the attorney is actually not messing up. 

 

I believe you need to file the I912 form to request a fee waiver and include this with the N400 filing.
