You keep asking the same question.   You WILL have another interview.   The embassy will email you in regards to scheduling your interview via traveldocs.

It's impossible to know. Whatever the time it takes for the USCIS to send the case back to the NVC, then the NVC receive the case and forward it to the Embassy/Consulate Post. Then the Embassy/Consulate schedule the appointment. Whatever time it took you the first time, plus or minus a few weeks
