So, I uploaded everything and within 2 days, the system showed everything "ACCEPTED" with the green check mark.

 

Two days passed and I received an email to re-scan and upload 4 documents, which I have submitted the same day.

21 days now and those documents still show "SUBMITTED" only. No one has accepted them.

 

I have called and and have been told to wait 3 weeks…It has been a long time and no one has looked at the 4 documents.

 

I am just puzzled to what the hold up might be.. Have I done something wrong? Please advise and thank you.
