I'm trying to understand the what letters and at what stage are delivered to the beneficiaries address. The reason I ask is the post service is slow and unreliable in my country so I don't want this to hold anything up. So if anyone has the knowledge of any of the below it would be much appreciated :)

1. What letters if any are sent to the beneficiaries address? Are they the only copy or is there a digital version available at the same time. If not are they critical or can I speak to someone to get the detail?

2. For letters/correspondence from the embassy has anyone contacted them directly when the package is being sent from the NVC to request that they send no letters and that you will pick them up in person?

Many thanks!

The USA consulate will send the beneficiary a letter but it might be 1 month later after your case status "in transit".So you need to email the USA consulate to ask if they can add your email in their system then they can send you epackage 3.
