I-129F - similar last name - send in papers before RFE

So me and my fiance almost have the same last name. In the form we stated that it's a common last name in beneficiary's country.

Is it possible to send in our parents birthcertificate right now, so we dont get a RFE?

Sure you can submit it. i dont think youd get an RFE for it though especially if it was a common last name. Your birth certificates, passports, marriage and divorce certificates prove no relation.

Im sorry, I mean we already submitted the I-129F and we want to send in additional proof like BC's.

technically yes you could but it may or may not ever find its way to your petition, and would likely confuse the person working on it.

just have the information ready to go in case of rfe
