2- Other than I-130 and their birth certificate and my naturalization certificate? Do i need to submit anything else?

3-  My brothers have kids do i need to submit anything for them particularly? or just filling out I-130 for my brother is enough?

anything else i need to be aware? or missing?

You need to petition them individually and children and spouses only come into it when the PD is current, if they are then married and children qualify and have not aged out.
