Renew US passport - US Embassy Manila

Hi Y'all,

 

My daughter's US passport has expired and we plan on renewing it this month. My question is does the US embassy in Manila decides the schedule of the appointment when you make an appointment online, or we pick? We will time for when my husband is flying in to the Philippines so we don't have to submit the Statement of Consent.

You pick: https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=MNL&appcode=1 Right now you can only pick a date in October, not future months. They have M-F from the 12th to 31st (except Wednesday the 17th).

That is true ONLY for K-1. For Immigrant visas NVC does the scheduling.
