Do I no longer need to include my foreign fiancés birth certificate before I send the i129f?

Only petitioner's birth certificate is required or all pages of the passport when submitting i129f in order to prove his/her citizenship status.

Beneficiary's certificate will be required during the interview once the petition has been approved.
