Hi there,

 

Very simple question here - when submitting the AOS for K1 - I have the completed DS-3025 with me, do I include the original or a photocopy in my AOS packet? It doesn't get specifics, so I'm assuming a photocopy would suffice unless stated otherwise?

Yes. Just a photocopy. You still need to keep your copy in case they lose that one and you have to resubmit it.

The only original I have ever read that you are suggested to submit is an original certified marriage certificate with AOS. Now that is NOT specified on the instructions BUT I have read it is good to submit an original with the I485 and 2 copies with the EAD and AP applications separately.
