Hi guys, I married to a us citizen back on March 2015, I got my two years green card on October 2015, and then I got and extension for a year on my two years green card, last month I got another six month extension.. so by this October I will be a green card holder for 3 years and I’m married to same wife also I just spent 3 weeks overseas in those 3 years.. my question is am I able to apply for the citizenship now even known I have an extension on my 2 years green card? How long does the process take to become a citizen?  And how to apply?

I strongly hope to get answers my questions.. thanks a lot

Google "USCIS Guide to Naturalization" and read the entire PDF. There is also a guide to naturalization on this site. The 3-year rule is only one eligibility requirement. The PDF explains all of them.
