What to fill in the employment section of the IV application if you are a freelancer

Iam highly confused about what should i fill in the employment section of the IV form as I am a freelance graphic designer  , should I select the unemployed option because in the I 130 petition i wrote unemployed, so the info should match right? Also tell me will it affect my IV appli if I mention that iam unemployed?

I assume you are petitioner.  Normally as a freelancer, you are still required to report your income and file 1040/EZ with schedule C / C-EZ  if your earning passes a threshold (this threshold is so low that most people need to file the tax 😀). Did you file any tax in 2017, 2016?

Hey no iam the beneficiary!! Iam filling the immigrant visa form and stuck in this section 😭😭😭

As beneficiary, it is not a big deal, if already filed as unemployed, continue file as unemployed
