It's really not applicable, so you could answer either way.  I recommend answering yes, then saying, "I will fully support my fiancee and then spouse as a member of my immediate family."

 

Works every time it is tried.

You can check that he intended to support you then on page 8 Part 7(Additional information) you can write "N/A (K1 visa for permanent residence)
