Affidavit of Support

I completed the I-134 Affidavit of Support in April 2018 and handed it to my fiance. I think she may have her interview in late September. Does anyone know or think I will need to send an updated form and documents? It will be about 5 months old. I didn't see time requirements on current I-134.

You should be fine if you included your tax transcripts with the I134. I had mine filled out months in advance also. The only thing is you made need to update and send current pay stubs, or letters from your bank showing balances of accounts, when opened, etc. Depends on what you are doing for proof of assets/ income. But just update the Pay stubs is all I did before the I134 is sent in. I included my last 3-4 paystubs, so about 6-8 weeks worth of work.

The only other thing is if the I134 gets a revision, and you need the new form because of a revision, but I doubt that will happen. I think the I134 has been the same for a while.
