Can someone direct me to a thread or guide to show all the fees one needs to pay for a K3 Visa after approval from USCIS? Any additional fees...

There will be a $100 fee paid to the embassy in Manila, then medical fee, then back in the states AOS and Biometric fee, (Currently $325+$70) that may increase soon, then there is EAD fee if she wishes to work.

Just look up forms I-485, I-765 on USCIS site for the fees.

Why then, is the embassy telling my wife she needs to pay $380US before her interview?

$380 is for CR-1 visas not K-3 visas. K-3 visas are non-immigrant and the fee is $100. Perhaps the CR-1 case made it to the embassy and they then discarded the K-3 and are planing on interviewing for the CR-1.

The CR-1 will also generate a green card on entry to the USA and eliminate the need to adjust status, and apply for EAD.

This may be a good thing.

Have wife contact embassy to clarify which visa is being interview for, CR-1 or K-3.

According to your timeline, your I-130 hasn't been approved. If that is true, then the scheduled interview is for the K3. Your wife is NOT being told to pay $380 for the visa. She is seeing that the fee for an immigrant visa is the equivalent of $380. The K3 does not pay the immigrant visa fee. It pays the non-immigrant visa fee of $100. It confused my wife as well. I had to explain it half a dozen times, mostly because two of her friends had previously paid the $380. They were CR1.

You, the USC are going to pay the $380 during the AOS process.

If your I-130 is approved, please complete your timeline.
