N400 Case Status Dissapeared after i-751 Infopass

Hello,

 

I am a little concerned. Following my appointment this morning for my I-551 stamp to extend my greencard, my N400 status disappeared from the case tracker. It has been visible since I filed in April this year and was available this morning but disappeared immediately after my appointment. I didn’t provide the officer with my N400 info. The visit was primarily to get the extension stamp.

 

I called USCIS customer service but they were no help. They did say that’s they could see no case status in the system but they believe it was a coincidence and to call back in 30 days. Should I be alarmed by this? 

 

Any advice would be great.

If you look around the N400 monthly threads, multiple people have had the same issue when they try to check their case status today. There’s probably a glitch or they’re updating the system. Nothing to be alarmed about.

Neither works for me, my case status showed up fine until I went for my info pass appointment for my greencard in a July. The same day after getting the stamp in my passport, the N400 info vanished and says no case status available at this time. When I sign in to the website and try and add the case using the online access code, it says “no case found”. I heard other people had the same issue but would have thought this would be resolved by now..

I didn't go for any infopass appointment. still my USCIS case status disappeared too & since then it is showing "we can't currently provide information on your case status bla bla"

Of course https:// myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov does show my file details same as before
