Well, my interview was 11/21/2018 and NVC only informed me I was missing my 2017 w-2 (from the packer I sought ) . However at the interview they asked for that and my fathers ciutizenship copy(I placed him in my affidavit ) . I didn’t have that and also my husband medical exams didn’t arrive ( which I found weird because he went 3 weeks in advance ). The officer gave us the white 221g form and told us to deposit does missing documents with the passport to the mail box . Which we did the same day . (We calles the clinic and they said they were going to send them out that same day).
