Is November of 2013 when you got your first green card? Additionally do these things apply to you?

 

- Not being outside the US for a year or more in a row

- Not being outside the US for a total of 30 months or more

- Must be living in the same place for at least 3 months before petitioning.

 

If all apply to you and your 1st green card was issued November 2013 you can apply in August 2018. 90 days prior to your 5 year anniversary.
