When you file online you can see which documents you need to attach. I think there is no need to attach your wife's green card. The advantage of using online is you can review it and edit it again and again before you submit it. You will need your green card front and back and tax transcript  from IRS for the last 5 years.

Hi, I am about to file online. When you were filling the previous employment information, did you put down the exact date that you started your job and left your job? To be honest, I don't remember the exact dates.
