CFO Sticker Again?

My stepdaughter got the CFO sticker back in 2014 when she had her immigrate visa and came to Guam with her Mom and me.  A year later she went back to the Philippines and stayed there for 2 years.  Just recently she got approved for a SB-1 Visa and will be coming back to Guam to be the her Mom and me.  Since she already has a CFO sticker from 2014 does she need to get another one for  her SB-1 Visa?  I would think the first CFO  sticker would be ok, I did not see a expired date on it., just a issued date.

CFO doesn't expire, as long as she still has the sticker in her passport.. all is good.

Make sure to travel with BOTH passports.   It is possible to get a new sticker issued in the new passport

So  take it, we should go the CFO office in Cebu and since my step daughter is under 12yrs old, no appt is necessary  and have them reissue or just put another sticker in the new passport?  Sounds to easy to be true....  did you know anyone with a similar situation like ours?
