Hello all:

I received notice from Consulate in Dakar Senegal to schedule second interview for Reaffirmed petition.  I have already updated the DS-260 online does that also apply to the Affidavit of Support. If so what is the link?

DS-260 update before your second interview, affidavit of support form I-864 due after your interviewed. Also they might ask for your tax transcript from 2016 and 2017.

Hi:

For the reaffirmed petition Medical is due after his interview. (If his visa approved).

He also will need a new criminal check but it’s the same process as the medical.

He has already received all police character reports for Senegal as wellas Nigeria. Also just received court clearance in Senegal.
