I filed I-130 for husband with priority date of may 25, 2018. I receive my Noa1 in the mail about jun 8 but I call USCIS because in husband's last name they put an (o) instead an (a). June 13 I call for make the correction. June 20 was assigned to an officer. And today June 28 I receive an email from USCIS, this email says that the error was fixed. That email was at 4:56 pm today and about 6 or 7 minutes later I receive another email saying that case is in initial review. I'm confused because the second email say that is in initial review but a change in name was made. Anybody experience this? I'm in Texas Service Center

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL ***

Recently, procedural action was taken in his case.

Receipt Number: SRC1890.....

Application Number: I130, REQUEST FOR A FOREIGN FAMILY MEMBER

Status of your case: Initial review

On June 28, 2018, we update your name for your Form I130, REQUEST FOR A FOREIGN FAMILY MEMBER, Receipt Number SRC1890...... If you change your address, visit www.uscis.gov/addresschange to notify us of your new mailing address.

During this step, the USCIS begins the background check of the applicant / person making the request and identifies the issues that need to be addressed, either during the interview or by asking the applicant / person making the request for additional documentation or information. The USCIS reviews the criminal record of the petitioner / petitioner, determines if there are concerns related to national security that should be addressed, and reviews the request / request for fraud indicators. If you have filed a Form I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive a citation notice to appear at a Center of Request Support to have their fingerprints and / or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants who are waiting before you who also need an appointment for biometric information. We try to arrange appointments for biometric information as soon as possible, and in most cases you will receive your citation notice within 30 days of submitting your request. We will send you your citation notice approximately 14 days before the date of your appointment. It is important that you attend this appointment. If it is absolutely necessary, you can request that the date of your appointment be changed, but keep in mind that changing the date of your appointment may delay the process of your request. Please follow the instructions in your citation notice if you need to change the date. On some occasions, you may receive a citation notice to appear at a Request Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have submitted a form other than those listed above. In these situations, you may receive your citation notice more than 30 days after submitting your request or request.
• Log into your myUSCIS account to see your case history and understand what you can expect to happen next in your case.
• Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website under "Check Processing Times".
