DO NOT FILE A SECOND I-130!!!! If your case is denied you need to find out why and try and stop it first at the consulate level. Secondly, once it comes back to the USA they will contact the person that filed for the spouse and give them a list of exact reasons why they are returning the petition and give them a chance to rebutt the information, give new proof, etc. You need to read about Kiya and her ordeal and what she says on this topic.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

chaingang,

If your case is having these kinds of problems you need to be discussing the facts of the situation with an experienced immigration attorney.

You haven't provided any relevant information about your case here, that alone puts your chances of getting a reasonable answer to your question at close to zero.

Why would a new application have any more chance than the current one? How would that overcome the reasons you were denied now?
