OK, we are uber-excited and just came to know (over the phone) that our interview is scheduled for July 2nd. Its so soon and we cant hold our excitement. BUT we haven't received a letter/email yet - we will need it for the medical exam and the biometric-procedure which we scheduled for in 10 days. Will we receive it by then? Or should we call NVC again?

PS - Its strange - we called NVC because we got a strange "false checklist" from NVC (by email) whose last page was in Greek! Yes, in Greek! Well, it was transliteration from English to Greek (where "see" was written as "sigma-epsilon-epsilon", etc). And we called NVC to inquire about it, and guess what? The NVC-person told us that our case is complete and interview is scheduled! Back to the question - when will we receive the letter?

It was a mistake to schedule the medical exam before you have the email notice.  Don't make a similar mistake by purchasing travel tickets before the visa is in hand.

We did after talking to the NVC agent - I mean I discussed the plan with him.

Bad plan.
