+1 Exactly my thinking when I read that as well. Usually anything past a 2nd denial for a B2 tourist visa is someone getting desperate in my book to come here.

Thankyou all for your replies & advice. It is very frustrating to me that due to the misuse of the system by others, we who have only good intentions are denied access.

Completely understandable and we agree it is very frustrating. My wife and I tried to get her a tourist visa at first as well just for her to visit my family while I was on leave from Afghanistan, it was denied.
