There have been a couple of K3's transferred to CSC ashleigh is one I can think of, Im not sure if processing has finished on hers and one other that I can remember but cant recall the name, again not sure if processing is finished. Both of those were due for 10yr cards.

Is very very uncommon.

We are married a bit more than 2 1/2 years now after wife came on a K-1visa. Never had an interview. Was transferred to California August 2006 (We were married November 2004). Never had an RFE. Had three approved I-131's.

Is the question about being given an interview at the lifting conditions stage IF one wasn't interviewed at the adjustment stage?

I'm really curious myself to see what will happen with these petitions. My bet is these people will never be interviewed.

(fingers crossed) We are coming up on two years.

I was thinking that if your AOS wasn't approved until *after* being married for two years that you were automatically granted the 10 yr card. Or did I misunderstand that?

I think the crux of the issue is that if you get your 10-year permanent resident card through CSC, you will never have been interviewed as part of the AOS process. The implication is that those of us who went through CSC might still have to attend an interview when we apply to lift conditions. (I don't mind being interviewed, if USCIS decides to make that part of its standard operating procedure for those who were transferred to CSC, for what it's worth, but like RebeccaJo, I don't think they'll wind up doing that. It just pushes the interview backlog downstream a year and a half or so, and I don't think that's going to help the overcrowded local offices at all.)

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Between this forum and British Expats I now have some evidence that USCIS can and has issued ten year green cards without ever having interviewed the applicants. I am not sure this will be my case; but, the ConOFF in Metairie danced around my questions and led me to believe it could happen.

Interesting. So what's your situation? Do you have reason to believe that you will be getting a 10 year card without interview?

LOL anyone going through New Orleans DO would pretty much be automatically on for the 10 year card as the processing dates are still in 2005. I have been fortunate to move to Atlanta DO from New Orleans DO (having moved states) and have my interview next month in Atlanta, the last time I went for a infopass at Jackson MS, the officer told me that I would not expect to hear anything until at least Sept/Oct of this year for the New Orleans DO. They are just so backlogged! and unfortunately for tiberonsuave thats where he is stuck at.

It is had to put in exact words. The facts are that I got the famous descheduling of my interview. However, I never had an interview scheduled. Sooooo, infopass and off to Metairie (New Orleans). The ConOff said something similar to, "Don't worry, I think something very good is going to happen in this case."

When I mentioned CSC he did a crawfish and really backed out. Then he said you know they may not approve this case.

Additionally, I have been getting a lot of touches in the past three weeks.
