So i want to share my experience i applied as a LPR wife and my 3 kids.

Oct 2015 applied for i485, i131 i 765 got accepted with priority date feb 2015.

Oct 2015 got fingerprints.

Dec 2015 i got my first I765.

Sep 2016 2nd EAD

Jan 2017 my priority date was current

March 2017 infopass why i dont have my interview, he said that i am line for interview and may wait 6 more months... desperate.

July 2017 3er EAD (this took 5.5 month to got it)

Ago 2017 contacted 1sr senator -no help

Sep 2017 contacted ombudsman-no help

Oct 2017 contaced 2nd senator - Helped a lot

January 16th  2018 got interview letter from local office (not from lee summit)

Feb 2018 infopass why is not a decision and senator again, she told me that they are waiting for my oldest daugther (14th yo) clear name.

Late feb 2018 i moved in the same state.

March 2018  AR11 change of address, just received 1 lettee for my son, but when i called they said that all 4 cases address were changed. Then infopass -nothing uscis told me that can tale up to 6 months 😭😭

Early april 2018 infopass, uscis told me that they just received my daugther clear name and just waiting for a officer to work on my case.

Around april 12th i started receivend lots of email from uscis that " youe case is under review, there is no action taken at this moment" every 2 daya.

April 25th 2018 "your card is under production" SOOO EXCITED

April 26th 2018 " your case is approved" email!!!

April 30th 2018 "we sent your Card " ( under informed delivery USPS  i only could see 1 tracking number)

May 1st 2018 RECEIVED 3 GREEN CARDS!!!!! (I realized uscis didnt put my apt # in the other 2 envelopes, just in my son green card)

May 2nd called uscis for my daugther tracking number, i realized that they put my old address for my daugther, i called the post office and they have it, so they hold the envelope.

May 3th 2018 i got my daugthe green card!!!!!!

It was a LONGGG TRIP but now im done!!! Patience, faith and follow up everything. Specially if you change address be carefull and call to really know if they did it, i called the april 25th to tak to a tier 2 and he updated the rest of the addresses that what they told me when i called to know my daugther tracking number.

Any question let me know!!!

Hi!

Here is what i did.

Married 2013 LPR HUSBAND

Fill i130 feb 2015, for consular process

Came toUS with a B1B2 Visa april 2015, our i130 was approves april 2015 just for visit, need to return oct 2015. In sep 2015 they add new chart saying that if your priority date was on that list you can fill I485.  I went to uscis to ask if i could  adjust status, they said no, but later that day, they called me saying to come back to the office,  next day i went and they told me i CAN starting oct2015. So i did, we did all paper work, pay all fees and everything. Waitesd 3 years..... if i would waited for consular processs it would take 1 year and 11 months... anyways... at the interview the officer just told me that i was lucky because i filled all the paper work  BEFORE MY TOURIST STAYING WAS EXPIRED... here is the thing, if you want to place a I485 you have to be within your 6 months of legal staying... if you are over staying (more than your 6 months) they will reject your  process... by the time they accept your paper work you are legal... i was able to work, make have my driver license and everything....  the officer didnt ask me anything about my reationship with my husband.. we had by that time 1 kid and i was pregnant...

Let me know if that helps you... if you have any other question just let me know....!!

@Patoga thanks for the response i appreciate!, after reading your entire process , i am now satisfied, iam also a spouse of LPR and i also have a b1/b2 visa and also want to do AOS but i am afraid because i jhave read on so many sites that its a visa fraud but my doubts are clear now after reading your case, can you please tell me what the officer asked you questions on interview? my PD is nov 2017 and according to chart B i am eligible to do AOS while my i 130 pending? and also please tell me AT the time of your interview, your PD was also current in chart A? thanks!

Well, as i told you before, my i130 was approved by the time i made my AOS... I recomend you to go to USCIS. In my case, they only asked for my kids birth certificate  (because it was me, my t2 kids from previous marriage and my kid with my husband) they asked for i94 for everyone,  EAD of everyone and my médicals updated(which i didnt have because  the  dr didnt signed it) THATS IT. they just told me that im lucky to filed it before oct 12 2015 (that my status legal finished) because i could loose everything i invested.  He had all our files. Our interview lastes 5 min. They told me that we need name checkfor my 14 years old daugther and thats it. He sent us to make my daugther fingerprints. And that was in january, we got our green card on april... took for everr. By the time of our interview my PD was way after chsrt A. Chart A was current january 2017, i got my interview january 2018!!! A YEAR LATER!!!!!!!!
