Marital Status of Filipina Beneficiary whose previous marriage was annulled

Hi everyone,

What would be the marital status of annulled beneficiaries from the Philippines? Do we select Single or Divorced? There is no divorce in the Philippines, so we are concerned that if we pick that, it would be questionable. We are thinking we should pick Single but we just want to get confirmation from other people who has done the same thing to make sure that we wont have any issues.

You could try and get an NBI report, or whatever the name of the report is, for the "annulled beneficiary" and see how the marital status is listed on the report and go from there.
