My wife is a US and we are getting ready to file form I-864 affidavit of support. Household is four including me. She make $30,087 a year but we learnt the HHS poverty guidelines for four people is $31,375 is this correct? We learnt we can use a savings account to meet the poverty guidelines but we are suppose to have three times of the difference in the account is this right? Your advice will be appreciated. yes and yes, the amount Is correct and the 3 x assets is correct
