I am filling for my parents and brother and I would like to know if I can mail all the applications and supporting documents together or they need to be mailed separately?

 

Also I am mailing I-130 for each of them, copies of my birth certificate and translation, copy of my naturalization certificate, my parents marriage certificate and translation and for siblings their birth certificate and translation. Do I need to mail affidavit of support at this time or after the visa is approved? The I-130 instructions were not clear about sending that. There's anything else I should send at this time?

Not yet. You will need the affidavit of support at the NVC and interview stages(after approved I-130s have been approved and sent to the Dept Of State(NVC)
