If I am an adult with just one living parent, do I need to include both parents information on the passport application? I am not sure about my deceased dad's accurate information. I filled out the first part with all my mom's info but just wanted to make sure they won't send it back if I dont have the 2nd part filled out.

You can write 'unknown' but it may cause delays. If you want to absolutely sure, you can call the National Passport Information Center: 1-877-487-2778

What I post here is merely my personal opinion and not a valid legal advice and should not be viewed as such.

Thank you! Silly question: my oath is Tomorrow and I have everything ready. Do people keep the filled out oath form in the envelope folded or are you supposed to straighten it before you hand it over?

Really doesn't matter. You should not fill it out until the day of Oath though. For the date, it should be tomorrow's date and the place should be the place of the Oath ceremony.

You are almost there. Don't overthink it. The ceremony  really has a great celebratory mood unlike other USCIS interactions such as interviews.

Thank you! I am an anxious and very overthinking person but I plan on relaxing tonight and getting up refreshed and ready to have a blessed ceremony day.

Thank you for your kind words! I did catch a lift ride there and my oath experience was great! We were all a little surprised the guy was very blasé about the whole thing lol he even told us to sign the certificate whenever we get home and just to make sure its our right signature but overall  it was a good experience!! I am home now and about to take a NAP!! I guess I will sign it when I get up lol.
