Online N400 filing: maximum 5 files?

When I'm uploading my tax files, it says maximum 5 files. In this case, I am trying to combine my IRS transcripts into one file (also because it says "An IRS tax transcript listing tax information for the past 3 years"), and realize all those pdf files are password protected -- Any suggestion please? I guess I could in theory scan every page and then combine... Thank you!

We scanned ours into one file then uploaded it.

I think I figured out a slightly easier way: open your file under Google Chrom (drag and drop works), then print it as pdf. This way the protection is removed, because you get a new file. 

 

Then if you have Adobe Pro (there is a 7 day free trial), you can combine each files very easily.
