Hi everyone.

I filed an I130 for my husband in April 2017 and December 26 2017 i received that my petiition has been approved and being transfered to NVC. January 23 2018 got an email from NVC assigning a case number and followed my 6 steps. By Feburary 9 2018 all the docs were recived by NVC. About 2 weeks later got an email saying my NVC has assigned an constulate of Mumbai ( i dont know why when he should be assigned NEW DELHI) with a new case number. Now i am waiting for my next step. How long does NVC usually take onve the consulate jas been assigned? For them to contact me again. And its about to be 1 year in april since i have filed my husbands case. Am i waiting for his interview letter now? Hoping to hear back great feedbacks and experiences. Thank you

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
