Notice Date

Hello,

My Notice Date for my I485 is November 10, 2006. The current processing dates are in October... does that mean the processing of my I485

is coming to an end? Should I expect emails or touches? Thanks.

You cant really tell from the office dates but reading your sig and seeing that you have already been interviewed, what where you told at interview? Are you still awaiting your FBI namecheck?

No one will be able to tell where you case is at but the best advise is probably to make an infopass and check the status of your case with an officer.

no, i was never waiting for a FBI namecheck. what happened is that i had my interview first than my biometrics. he said that after my biometrics appt my card should arrive in the mail a week after... but nothing came.

i am going to make an info pass appt for next week, just in case i dont hear anything this week... i think i should be able to get it approved... it's really needed when u dont have an EAD.

I should say and I would also say that I wouldn't have waited til now to make an infopass appt either. If all that you were waiting on to be approved was your fingerprints that should mean that you would have gotten your card by the beginning of Feb. You must have the patience that my husband only dreams that I would have. Take care,
