hello all i hope someone can awnser some questions for us

my wife is in the usa she came on a k 1 visa we are now married she just waiting for her interview for her 485

she has 2 childern back home she has been the usa 18 months

her mother has decided she no longer can care for her childern we want to bring them to the usa

i think we included them on her k1 papers but were not sure

can anyone tell us how to procede

How old are they?

Derivative status for K is a year so it sounds like you would need to file afresh.

How old are the children?

If they are your stepchildren (as defined by the INA, not Webster), you can petition for immigrant visas for them.
