waiting 7 monts after n14 form

I am looking for advice on what are my option at this point. I had my N400 interview in jun 30 2017. I did not get approval right away need my criminal record. I received the N14 form at the end of the interview, and I responded july 3 2017  

After I submitted those additional documents, I have been waiting until now. I had info pass appointment twice and called 800 numbers, i make inquiry 3 time, the last inquiry I receive email in january 18 2018 and say this 

What We Have Done
USCIS has reviewed your Service Request.  According to USCIS records, your application is currently with an Immigration Officer and still pending.  At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 30 days of this notice.  Please be advised that posted processing times are goals based on Field Office averages.  These goals are subject to change and can vary from office to office.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays in processing.

now after 30 days is same no have update.

Is there anything I can do to push for a response or decision from USCIS?

What kind of documents they asked you to send ?

my criminal record, It is amazing the time that she takes to make a decision, but I know that everything is fine since before applying I consulted with a lawyer and he told me that I would not have any problem.
